SHARJAH, 18th May 2025 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, offered heartfelt congratulations to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on the occasion of Sharjah Football Club's victory in the AFC Champions League 2.
His Highness hailed the club's continental success as a significant milestone that brought pride to the nation by raising the UAE's name and flag high on the continental stage.
He noted that the victory reinforces the country's sporting achievements and highlights the ongoing progress of Emirati sports under the wise leadership's vision.
The Crown Prince also congratulated the players, coaching staff, and administrators of Sharjah's first football team, along with the club's dedicated fans across the country.
He praised their united efforts, which led to a remarkable and historic win for both Sharjah and the UAE.
