The mosques can accommodate approximately 4,000 male and female worshippers. This is in line with the vision and aspirations of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to enable citizens and residents to perform their religious rituals with peace and ease.
The four mosques feature diverse architectural styles that blend various Islamic and modern architectural styles. They were built at the expense of philanthropists. Their opening is part of the department's plan for the current year to meet community needs and provide an integrated spiritual environment for worshippers, contributing to strengthening the social fabric and consolidating Islamic values.

The support of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for these projects is evidence of a comprehensive vision that seeks to build a balanced society that combines authenticity and innovation, thus affirming Sharjah's position as a cultural and religious beacon illuminating the path of future generations.
